Refund & Return Policy

However, we understand that there may be rare occasions where you may need to return or request a refund for your purchase. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, returns, and replacements.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased directly from GSO Trading UAE (with a valid invoice).
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, photographic proof must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are exempt from being returned due to their nature:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., branded corporate gifts).
  • Opened safety supplies or PPE for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as agreed).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a defective or damaged item, we will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost after verifying your claim.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by us. In such cases, GSO Trading will bear the return and replacement shipping costs.
